We blend stone ground whole wheat flour with a delicious high protein bleached flour then turn up the heat to give our delicious whole wheat a toasted crisp crust.

Our take on a french classic. A nice open crumb with a thick crust.
Ciabatta $4.00 (24oz)
Our most wet dough. This bread is delightfully soft inside and has a taste of olive oil we are sure you'll love.
Focaccia $5.00 (16oz)
Soft and spongey, it will remind you of pizza crust. We top it with Italian herbs and minced onion to give it a taste that can stand alone.
French Bread $3.00 (24oz)
We add a touch of molasses to this bread to give it a subtle sweetness and a delightfully brown crust

Traditional french "country bread." This bread is a rye blend that is lightly seeded with caroway. If you love rye, you will love this.
